Terms and Conditions

Welcome to A&T Pressure Washing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

A&T Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Driveway and sidewalk pressure washing
House exterior and siding cleaning
Roof, gutter, and deck washing
Commercial property pressure washing

All services will be performed with professional-grade equipment and environmentally safe products unless otherwise specified.

2. Booking & Payment

No deposit is required to book a service.
Full payment is due upon completion of the job.
We accept [cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, etc. – insert applicable payment methods].
Late payments may incur a fee of $25 per week overdue.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to access issues, obstructions, or unsafe conditions, a trip fee of $50 may be charged.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to water and power sources.
Remove fragile items, vehicles, or valuables from service areas.
Secure pets and inform us of any concerns regarding property surfaces or materials.

A&T Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose siding, cracked surfaces, or deteriorated materials).

5. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, freezing temperatures). We will notify you in advance and offer the next available date.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will review the concern and offer a re-clean or partial refund if necessary.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and damage-free cleaning, A&T Pressure Washing is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to surfaces or landscaping
Water intrusion from windows, doors, or other access points
Any injuries sustained by the customer during the service period on-site

8. Photos & Marketing

We may take before and after photos for quality assurance and marketing purposes. If you prefer your property not be used in promotional content, please notify us in writing before the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
